Hi,

I’m Newman, and my favorite things include cuddling, hugging and going for walks! I cuddle with everyone in the house, including my six and 11 year old human friends! My friend Bendi and I go for walks together, and we do so well walking side by side. I even get along with the feisty resident Chihuahua, Cookie. I’m really just a super easy-going guy. My foster mom is working with me on following commands, such as “sit” and “stay”. So far, I am doing pretty well, but sometimes I am unsure, and still learning about treats. But when I get it right, she gives me lots of hugs and pets, and for that, I’ll keep working at it! I am crate trained, and on a potty schedule with the other dogs. I don’t really feel the need to bark, except when I see a small critter run by while out walking. Other than that, I am quiet, kind and gentle. Anyone can pet me, and it just makes me so happy! My foster family always tells me how much they adore me!
