Hi I'm Teagan! I'm one part of a pint-sized duo that came from a shelter in New Mexico. When I was there, I became best friends with an adorable little doxie mix named India--and we've been inseparable ever since. Together, we're redefining the phrase BOGO - we're double the fun and double the cuteness. I can't imagine my life without her, so we are looking for just the right family who can take us both for the combined adoption fee of $800.

I'm the more cautious one of me and India. I get nervous in new situations and prefer to interact with little dogs like myself or people when they bend down to my level to pet me. Thankfully I have my pal with me to reassure me it's okay, but I still need some time to warm up to you (p.s. treats always help ;) . Once I warm up to you and my surroundings you'll know it when I start wagging my tail - it's pretty darn cute! People are always telling me I have the prettiest golden eyes - maybe that's what India first liked about me, haha! I'm quiet and love my walks; although I'm still learning that potty time and walk time happen in the same place - I have no doubt I'll master it once I get fully settled in. My other favorite thing is cuddling in  the kennel with my best friend India!!

Being the tiny pups that we are, we don't like big dogs and loud busy environments - I know the big dogs and people mean well, but they scare us, so we'd do best with other small dogs and quiet/routine households with no small kids. We're SO ready to go to our forever home and relax after making such a long trip from New Mexico. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.

The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
