I'm Gemini and you'll never have a boring moment with me around. I love to play, play and play some more. But, after I've burnt off my energy playing with my other canine, feline or human friends, I can be the best cuddler ever. We can curl up on the sofa for some Netflix binging and I'll lay on your lap, every now and then looking up lovingly and give you a lick. Don't let my tiny stature fool you. I can run as fast as some of my much bigger doggy friends and I'm an excellent jumper. My foster dad calls me a canine Superman. I'm a sweet and gentle boy and an amazing companion. But, apparently I'm not supposed to go potty in the house (my previous owner never taught me that as a baby). That house rule is new to me, so I need a patient and understanding home that promises to work with me on that in a positive way.
From Gemini's foster home: This guy is crazy cute and funny. He will make you laugh every day. Gemini gets along with dogs, cats and kids. He's very friendly with a gentle and even keel temperament. He is crate trained, and eats his meals in his crate. But, if you're home and he's confined to the crate he will make his unhappiness known with a shrill protest. He can be crated at night, but prefers to sleep in bed with you. He is still working on his potty training and currently wears a diaper while in the house until he makes better progress, so someone willing to continue potty training is a must. Gemini would enjoy a more active and rambunctious family rather than the slower paced, quiet lifestyle. He's young, fun and wants to run, run run.
Completion of an Adoption Application via our website (www.RescueCrew.org) is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in the adoption process.
All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well.
