Nimble is the most energetic and playful in his litter. Since he was born, he’s been a big eater and wants to expend all those calories he’s taking in! He is a rough and tumble boy who loves a good tussle with his siblings. He sometimes has to be reminded to be gentle, but he responds VERY quickly to correction from his mama or foster mom. He is very sensitive to his people and if he mouths a little too hard he is concerned when they express pain and he stops to lick apologetically. He’s not quite as sensitive with his siblings, especially when he’s in the middle of a good play session, but he’s learning! He’s pretty vocal in his play and loves to play peek-a-boo and chase with them, but it usually ends up with him bowling them over. They are undaunted and just get up to wrestle some more! True to his name, he is the most athletic and nimble, scrambling over low barriers easily. He loves his bigger foster uncles and is not intimidated by the larger dogs. He is pretty large for his age and will be a big boy! He’s been around a cat and shows cautious interest and appropriate respect. Nimble will probably need a fair amount of exercise as he grows to give all his puppy energy an outlet so he can focus on being the good boy that he is. He is just a puppy so will need help learning how to go potty outside, walk on a leash, love his crate and other basic training. Nimble is a beautiful combination of boisterous and sensitive; he has a lot of energy but he is so in tune with the people around him that he is easily directed to positive expressions of his energy.
Completion of an Adoption Application via our website (www.RescueCrew.org) is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in the adoption process.
All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online adoption application here as well.
